1. Same Day Delivery

Working day Monday to Friday / Saturday

• Order received & confirmed before 1pm (GMT +8.00) same day delivered before 5pm.
• Order received & confirmed before 3pm (GMT +8.00) will be consider as express order and same day delivery before 9pm.
• Order received & confirmed after 5pm (GMT +8.00) will be delivered the next working day after 1pm.
• Order received & confirmed after 1pm (GMT +8.00) on saturday will be delivered on monday before 1pm.
• Although we can do same day deliveries but we would appreciate your advance orders.

1. Delivery on Public Holiday & Special Occasion

If your order place on Sunday and Public Holiday or Special Occasion ( Valentine’s day, Mother’s day, Father’s day ) than the order will automatically treated as the next working day.

So that please place your order in advance, will be much appreciated to ensure that goods can be deliver on time.

Delivery hours start from 9am-7pm
There will be a surcharge if

For Outstation Orders / Delivery - order must confirm with our customer service due to different surcharge will be charged accordingly and minimum purchase for all the category must above RM200.00. Xin Florist & Gifts Centre reserves the right to substitute any unavailable products of equal or higher value.

1. Outstation Order

For outstation orders (outside Johor Bahru Town Area), the flowers and materials used in our flowers & gift products may vary according to the availability / seasonality of the flowers &materials concerned. We reserve the right to change the flowers /colour of flowers/ materials / cakes / wines / chocolates / other gifts used (in the event of unavailability of such flowers / colour of flowers /materials / cakes / gifts / wines / chocolates) to the most similar or next similar one which is available at the time of the order / delivery date. As such, we have no obligation to make any refund in the event of any such changes made to the products and materials used for the outstation orders being delivered to the recipient's concerned.
